The 10 Week Introduction to T'ai Chi is only the beginning...

Levels 2 and 3 will continue the adventure through a modified version of the Yang Style 37 posture form, while integrating advanced Qi Gong and Reiki exercises. â€‹

Imagine having the ability to remain calm and relaxed in tense situations. Each week you can break the stress cycle, boost your immune system, and lose yourself in the graceful flow of mind and body moving as one.​​
